RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Eligible items can be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
- If the product protection tape that comes with your order is removed or damaged, your return request will not be accepted.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days from the date of receipt.
Refunds are only issued to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your refund has been successfully issued.
