RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Gizia. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the policy outlined below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
- If the product protection tape that comes with your order is removed or damaged, your return request will not be accepted.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Made-to-order or personalized items.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Items that are used, washed, soiled, or damaged.
- Shoes without original box or showing visible wear.
Please try on garments carefully and avoid contact with makeup, deodorant, or perfume.
Store credit is not available.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To begin your return:
- Visit our Returns Page.
- Enter your e-mail address.
- Follow the return instructions provided.
- Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with return label.
- Please pack the item securely and hand it over to FedEx / DHL using the provided courier service.

REFUND PROCESS
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-15 business days from the date of receipt.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your refund has been successfully issued.
PURCHASES FROM AUTHORIZED STORES
Items purchased from authorized retail stores or third-party sellers are subject to the return policies of those sellers. Gizia cannot accept returns for such purchases unless a product defect is confirmed by our Customer Service Team.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- All returns must be authorized before being shipped. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Returns postmarked after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.
- Gizia reserves the right to deny returns from accounts with excessive return activity.
