RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible items can be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
• If the product protection tape that comes with your order is removed or damaged, your return request will not be accepted.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Items must be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear.

REFUND PROCESS

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7-15 business days from the date of receipt.
• Refunds are only issued to your original payment method.
